Terms of Sale & Returns

 

1. Seller

Books offered on www.erpublishing.net are sold by EURL ER Publishing, 19 rue Lesage, 75020 Paris, France. SIRET 908 419 971 00019. VAT FR14 908 419 971. Contact: elodie@erpublishing.net

 

2. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed on this website by private customers. Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms.

 

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, including VAT, excluding shipping. Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed.

 

4. Orders and payment

An order is final once payment is confirmed. Payment is made online through a secure payment service. ER Publishing never has access to your bank details.

 

5. Shipping

Books are sent by post to the address given with the order.

France: €5, within 1 to 5 working days.

European Union: €10, within 5 to 10 working days.

United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway: €15, within 5 to 10 working days. Import duties or taxes may be charged on delivery; they are paid by the recipient.

United States: €20, within 7 to 15 working days.

Delivery times are estimates. If a parcel arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us.

 

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason. To do so, email elodie@erpublishing.net with your order number. The book must then be returned within 14 days, in good condition and in its packaging, to the address we will send you. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

We refund the price of the book and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of your request. The refund may be withheld until the returned book is received. It is made using the same payment method as the order.

 

7. Warranties

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (French Consumer Code, articles L217-3 and following) and the guarantee against hidden defects (French Civil Code, articles 1641 and following). A defective book, for example with missing pages or damaged on delivery, will be replaced or refunded, including return costs.

 

8. Personal data

The information you give us is used only to process your order. It is never passed on to third parties, except to payment and delivery providers. You can ask to see or delete it by writing to elodie@erpublishing.net.

 

9. Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you have any difficulty, please contact us first by email so that we can find a solution together.
